Ali Pourbozorgi is a Dutch-Iranian entrepreneur and senior Strategic Project Leadership and Project Management professional specialised in complex industrial and infrastructure projects and large-scale programmes across the public and private sectors.

He is the Founder of AXIOM SPL | Strategic Project Leadership, an independent consultancy positioned as a high-end strategic partner for public- and private-sector organisations delivering large, technically complex programmes and projects.

Operating at the intersection of executive governance, complex industrial and infrastructure delivery, and organisational control, Ali supports Project Directors, Boards, Sponsors and Steering Committees in maintaining effective control over budget, scope, risk and organisational performance. His expertise lies in environments that are politically sensitive, technically complex and financially exposed, where failure is not an option.
